The best option is to always transfer your notes to the next later version: from 2003 to 2007 from 2007. A big version gap will certainly cause the loss of some part of your notes, or may even result in their total corruption. This applies to OneNote as well. At some point, older version simply stop functioning in new versions of the program.
Where Can I Get Older Version Of Onenote With Tabs On Top Code So ThatI don't have to click on it to see the next few days, I just manually enter dates and then tasks for each day. Can now handle any year (previously limited to 2013-2020)Now remembers settings like First Day of Week, Format, Day Width/Height for large formatFixed an issue where Month dropdown wouldn't have the current month selectedNow inserts the calendar to where the cursor is instead of at the end of the pageTweaked the code so that the select year/month drop downs in the screenshot will be displayed correctlyNow displays the current month/year by default. The header has a new background color. Displays the weekend days in different color. Now it will work for any year. Now displays the few days of previous and next month as grayed out.A "normal" calendar layout doesn't work for me, since I have to constantly go back and forth from my browser to OneNote see more than one day.I know I could just make a table, but I'm trying to prevent as much manual entry each month as possible.I have some programming skills, so I could probably make a copy of the macro and see if I can do what I need, but I'm kind of hoping someone has already done it.
